Delivery & Shipping Policy – re66er clothing & culture
Serviceable Regions
a. We currently ship to most pin codes across India through reputed third‑party courier partners.
b. International shipping:
• Coming soon to limited countries.
• Where available, import duties, taxes, and customs charges will be paid by the customer on arrival, as per destination country rules.
Order Processing & Dispatch
a. All products are printed after order; we do not keep large ready stock.
b. Standard Shipping:
• Order is handed over to the courier within 3–5 business days after successful payment.
c. Express Shipping:
• Order is handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
d. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
e. During high‑volume periods (sales, festivals), dispatch time may be slightly longer; we will try to update you in case of major delays.
Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)
a. Delivery timelines are as promised by the courier service once the tracking ID is generated.
b. Typical estimates:
• Metro / major cities: 2–5 working days after dispatch
• Non‑metro / remote areas: 3–7 working days after dispatch
c. These are only guidelines; actual delivery may vary due to courier operations, local restrictions, or weather conditions.
Shipping Charges (India)
a. Standard Shipping (Prepaid):
• ₹79 for orders below ₹799.
• Free shipping for orders ₹799 and above.
b. Express Shipping (Prepaid):
• Flat ₹90 per order.
Order Tracking
a. Once your order is dispatched:
• You will receive an SMS/email with tracking ID and courier details.
• You can track the shipment on the courier’s tracking page or through our order‑tracking link.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
a. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
b. If you notice an error:
• Contact us immediately at support@re66er.in with your order ID and correct address.
• We may not be able to update the address once the order is shipped, but we will try our best.
Undeliverable / RTO (Return to Origin)
a. Orders may be returned to us by the courier (RTO) if:
• Address is incorrect/incomplete
• Customer is not reachable or refuses delivery
• Delivery attempts fail repeatedly
b. In RTO cases:
• We do not refund automatically.
• The customer must contact us and request reshipment.
• Reshipment will be done:
• After the RTO parcel reaches us in good condition, and
• After the customer pays the re‑shipping charges (which may include original shipping plus RTO charges).
c. If the customer does not respond within a reasonable period, the order may be treated as forfeited with no refund.
Delays Beyond Our Control
a. re66er clothing & culture is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier operational issues
• Weather conditions or natural calamities
• Strikes, lockdowns, or other force majeure events
b. We will support you with courier follow‑ups where possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
a. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:
• First check with family members, neighbours, security, and building reception/mail room.
• If still not found, contact the courier company directly and our support team with your order ID.
b. We will help you raise a ticket with the courier and share all relevant tracking details.
c. However, once the courier marks an order as Delivered, re66er clothing & culture cannot be held liable for loss or theft.
